Advisory Session

A Discovery Call qualifies fit; it doesn't give advice. The Advisory Session does. The deliverable is a written summary and recommendation, issued within 48 hours — the 60-minute call is where we work the problem, not the product itself. A session isn't complete until the summary is sent.

Not to be confused with the Scoping Sprint (£450, on the pricing page). The Sprint produces a build proposal. The Advisory Session answers a defined question you already have. Different jobs, different buyers.

Fixed-scope audits

An Advisory Session answers one defined question in an hour. Some questions need more than an hour to answer properly — a full assessment with a written report and a prioritised plan. That's what these two products are for. Both are delivered asynchronously within 5 working days and don't credit against a build.

Security Posture Review

External assessment with a written, prioritised remediation report. 5 working days, delivered asynchronously -- no call to book.

Not the same as the £950 Security hardening + penetration review add-on on the pricing page. That add-on is discounted because it applies to a build already being paid for, on an environment we built. This is the standalone equivalent on a third-party environment, priced in full.
